Today, during a work visit, the vice-rector of the Technical University of Moldova, Dinu ȚURCANU, had a meeting with Vladimir ILIEV, state secretary in the field of Human Resources Development, Military Education and Resource Planning Policies, at the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Moldova; the president of the Association of Women of the National Army (AFAN), colonel Mariana GRAMA, head of the International Cooperation Directorate; and Vitalie BUTNARU, consultant for the Directorate of Development of Human Resources and Military Education Policies within the Ministry of Defense.
The management and teaching team of the theatrical gymnasium “Ion Luca Caragiale” made its debut in the new year of studies through the municipal forum of educators with the generic title “The key to the gate of the Future is in the hands of the devoted teacher”, organized on August 20, 2019, under the auspices of the General Directorate of Education, Youth and Sport of the Chișinău Municipal Council, within the Technical University of Moldova.

Among the best 12 students of higher education institutions in the Republic of Moldova who will receive the Republic’s Scholarship worth 1 525 lei, the 30 receivers of the Government’s Scholarship – 1 270 lei per month, and the 10 students which will receive the President’s Scholarship – 1 385 lei, all for the academic year 2019-2020, are also 9 disciples of the Technical University of Moldova.
The new academic year is approaching rapidly, and for its inauguration, the Technical University of Moldova is preparing several surprises. One of them is the opening of a newly renovated university amphitheater.
It is up to us how we (re) build our institution: making the Technical University of Moldova operate more inventively, more technologically, but also more efficiently for those who have found a second home in the TUM. During summers, the renovation and arrangement of study spaces (classrooms, laboratories, etc.) becomes a continuous process, without days of rest, in order to assure a new year of studies with major changes for TUM students.
“Our whole life is a school” – this is how the theatrical gymnasium “Ion Luca Caragiale” in Chișinău defines their mission. They seek to follow this motto in all their activities, including the one which will debut in the new study year 2019-2020 – The Teachers’ Municipal Forum, starting August 20th, 2019.
