Student Nicoleta POCIUMBAN has showcased remarkable talent, with her bachelor’s thesis being recognized as the best in the UTM Faculty of Economic Engineering and Business (FIEB). Her research, titled “Development Directions for the Company PRIMAGROCONSTRUCT SRL through the Results of Diagnostic Analysis,” guided by Associate Professor Dr. Iuliu ȚURCAN, stood out for its thorough analysis and the relevance of its strategic development proposals.
During her studies in the “Business and Administration” program, Nicoleta POCIUMBAN distinguished herself with active participation in numerous national and international conferences, where she won prestigious awards. She also benefited from an academic mobility program at the University of Strasbourg, France, where she expanded her knowledge and gained valuable international experience. Her thesis, defended in French, highlights her linguistic proficiency and ability to adapt to diverse contexts.

Nicoleta’s work included a comprehensive analysis of the activity of “PRIMAGROCONSTRUCT” SRL, identifying its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. She delved into the company’s production, commercial, financial, and human resource aspects, offering specific recommendations for each area. Her proposed measures aim to increase the company’s profitability and efficiency, demonstrating a profound understanding of strategic management and sustainable development.
The rigorous diagnostic approach allowed for the identification and analysis of the company’s problems and dysfunctions.
