The Department of International Relations of the Technical University of Moldova was established by the Rector's Order on 30 June 2016. It is an operational unit responsible for implementing the University's internationalization strategy and for strengthening and expanding international cooperation within European Union programmes as well as with partners worldwide.
The Department promotes UTM's educational and scientific values by developing institutional cooperation agreements that integrate the Technical University of Moldova as an equal partner within the international academic and research community. It also coordinates the mobility of students, academic staff, and researchers through Erasmus+ inter-institutional agreements.
Department Mission
The fundamental mission of the Department of International Relations is aligned with the mission of the Technical University of Moldova to expand participation in the international exchange of educational and scientific values through international cooperation, supporting integration into the European Higher Education Area and the European Research Area.
