Administrative Council
The University's operational management is carried out by the Administrative Council, which is subordinate to the Senate.
About the Administrative Council
The Administrative Council is established in accordance with the provisions of the Education Code of the Republic of Moldova No. 152 of July 17, 2014, and the UTM University Charter, and operates on the basis of the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of the UTM Administrative Council, approved at the meeting of the UTM Senate, Minutes No. 7 of April 26, 2016.
The Administrative Council consists of permanent members and invited members. The permanent members are: the Rector, Vice-Rectors, Deans, the Scientific Secretary of the Senate, the Director of the UTM College, the student representative, and the Secretary of the Administrative Council, appointed by order of the Rector.
Invited members include the heads of university subdivisions affiliated with the Rectorate, the Director of the Technical Scientific Library, the Head of the Legal Department, the President of the Employees' Trade Union Committee, and the President of the Students' Trade Union Committee.
