The Senate Bureau prepares Senate meetings, coordinates day-to-day activities, and ensures the implementation of Senate resolutions.

Functions of the Senate Bureau
- Prepares and ensures the proper organization of Senate meetings.
- Ensures the implementation of Senate resolutions and addresses current matters between Senate meetings.
- Presents quarterly reports on the implementation of Senate resolutions.
- Submits proposals to the Senate for the establishment of standing committees on specific areas and presents their membership for Senate approval.
- Directs, coordinates, and supervises the activities of the Senate committees.
- Provides written or oral responses to questions submitted by Senators during Senate sessions.
- Performs any other duties assigned by the Senate.
- Holds regular working meetings according to an established schedule and extraordinary meetings whenever urgent matters arise.
