For the first time, the Technical University of Moldova is launching an AI virtual assistant for candidates interested in applying to UTM. Available 24/7, the tool can be accessed from anywhere and provides information about admission.
The chatbot answers questions about:
- tuition fees;
- available state-funded places;
- the application procedure;
- documents required to apply;
- the admission calendar.
“We are in the final stage before the official launch of our own AI virtual assistant for Admission 2026. This assistant will support all candidates who want to apply to UTM by providing quick and clear answers to questions related to the admission process.”
According to university representatives, the assistant will be available to candidates from the Republic of Moldova, as well as to international applicants interested in studying at UTM.
The project is part of UTM’s broader effort to digitalise administrative and educational processes and simplify communication between the university and future students.
