TUM researchers win 31 medals at INVENTICA-2021

The TUM researchers won 31 medals (14 golds, 12 silvers and 5 bronzes) at the 25th edition of the INVENTICA 2021 International Exhibition of Inventions in Iași. The event was held online, between June 23-25, 2021, under the auspices of the Technical University “Gheorghe Asachi” in Iași and the National Institute of Invention in Iași.

TUM was one of the 4 universities that represented the Republic of Moldova, along with 9 other research institutes. In this edition, INVENTICA has managed to bring together many universities, research institutes, companies, associations, inventors and people interested in the field of invention from about 10 countries. The Exhibition is an excellent opportunity to communicate, exchange ideas and promote the results of peoples’ research and creativity.

Approximately 300 works were exhibited at the current edition. The Exhibition registered only applications for patents, invention patents and national and international research projects obtained through competition in the last 5 years and which have not been presented in previous editions.

The program of the event included an “ARS INVENIENDI” Art Opening and an Invention Conference.

Inventica is a platform for promoting innovative projects. The current edition of the Exhibition brought together numerous universities, research institutes, companies, associations, inventors and scientific researchers from Romania, the Republic of Moldova, Malaysia, Croatia, Taiwan, Sweden and Poland, who submitted over 340 patents, patent applications, research projects and scientific papers.
