The Transnational Cooperation Programme in South East Europe is a unique instrument which, within the territorial objective of the Regional Policy of Cooperation of the EU, has as goal – the amplification of the itegration and competitivity in an area which is so complex and diverse. The programme sustains projects developed within four priority axes: Innovation, Environment, Accesibility, as well as the areas of durable increase - in conformity within with the priorities from Lisbon and Gothenburg, and which, also, contribute to the process of integration of the non-member states of the EU.

 Dear colleagues - today - 28.04.2011, the representative SIMTEX-OC has handed to Mr. rector I. Bostan the Certificate   by which it is confirmed that TUM has implemented and maintains a  System of Quality Management which accomplishes the requirements of the standard ISO 9001:2008.
