Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and public institutions in Moldova can now apply for Start Digital 360° through the first call launched by EDIH of Moldova. This integrated support package is designed to guide your organisation through its digital transformation. It is worth €8,357 in total, and the European Union covers 50% of the cost.
Only 40 places are available nationwide in this first call: 30 for SMEs and 10 for public institutions. Registering with the One-Stop Shop is free, and filling in the form doesn’t commit you to signing up for the services.
What does Start Digital 360° include?
The package runs for up to 12 months and is built around your organisation’s specific needs. You get 164 hours of support in total, from assessing where you stand today to identifying the right solutions and funding opportunities.
Services include:
- a Digital Maturity Assessment (DMA)
- identifying your needs and mapping out a digitalisation roadmap
- building core digital skills
- preparing to use artificial intelligence responsibly
- business development mentoring
- introductions to solution providers, experts and partners
- guidance on accessing funding
In other words, you don’t just get a report on how digital your organisation is. You get a clear path forward, from understanding where you stand to building skills, finding the right solutions and getting ready for investment and funding.
How much does it cost?
The full value of the package is €8,357. Thanks to EU co-financing, you pay only half: €4,178.50. Payment is due only once your organisation has been selected and has signed the service contract.
Work is under way at national level to find ways of using public funding to help cover your share of the cost. However, no government co-financing scheme is in place for this call, so if you’re selected, you should plan to cover the €4,178.50 contribution yourself.
Start Digital 360° is also your first step towards EDIH’s advanced services, including testing digital solutions before you invest, technical expertise, specialised training and support in developing projects to secure funding.
Who can apply?
The call is open to SMEs and public institutions in Moldova that want to strengthen their digital capabilities and improve the way they work using digital technologies. Eligibility is checked after registration, based on the call’s criteria.
Once you’ve filled in the form, the EDIH of Moldova team will review your information and get in touch to discuss your needs and confirm your eligibility. Selected organisations then move on to the contracting stage. Please note that registering with the One-Stop Shop doesn’t automatically mean you’ll be contracted for the package.
