Technical University of Moldova announces the organization of a selection contest of candidates for academic mobility at the University of Life Sciences in Lublin, Poland, within the Erasmus+ programme. University of Life Sciences in Lublin offers 2 mobility grants of 7 days (5 active days) for staff for teaching.
The mobilities should be carried out in the academic year 2024/2025.

Candidates should submit their applications via email to [email protected] within the period from April 29, 2024, to May 10, 2024.
Selection of candidates for mobility will be conducted by the Selection Committee at the following address: UTM, 168 Stefan cel Mare si Sfant blvd., building No. 1, room 202.
The submitted files will contain documents in English only.
The final results of the selection of candidates will be announced by the University of Life Sciences in Lublin.
Criteria for submitting the application file to the ERASMUS+ Staff Status
- Eligibility criteria:
– to have the citizenship of the Republic of Moldova;
– to be a staff employed at the Technical University of Moldova.
- Selection criteria:
– to meet the eligibility requirements;
– English language skills (min B2);
– Engagement in cooperation with Partner University;
– Suggested mobility programme.
- Specific criteria:
– Applicants must provide any additional documents requested by the selection board.
– Priority will be given to staff members who already have cooperation with University of Life Sciences in Lublin.
The candidate’s application to ERASMUS+ Staff Status should contain the following documents:
- Application addressed to the Rector and confirmed by the Dean of the Faculty
- Copy of passport. Passport should be valid for the whole period of mobility.
- Curriculum vitae written in English (Europass form + photo).
- Mobility agreement (word version).
- Application form.

– ANNOUNCEMENT of the preliminary result
– TRANSMISSION of the files to University of Life Sciences in Lublin for final evaluation.
