On March 18, 2024, the Technical University of Moldova hosted a special event within the Public Finance Talks series. Under the auspices of the Faculty of Economic Engineering and Business (FIEB), the gathering brought together first-year students for an interactive discussion with Minister of Finance, Petru ROTARU, on the topic of “Public Budget is Your Budget.”
The information session provided a straightforward insight into financial matters, aiming to familiarize students with the fundamental concepts of public finance. Minister Petru ROTARU delved into the details of the state budget, its various components, the distribution of financial resources, and the ministry’s commitments amidst European integration efforts.

Global Money Week is a worldwide movement supported by the OECD—Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, aimed at increasing the level of financial education among young people in 176 countries
