Maximizing the value and benefits achieved from the organization of educational and research activities is ensured through the building and establishment of partnerships, which allow for making the most of the existing potential. “Ștefan cel Mare” University of Suceava (USV) is one of the strategic partners of the Technical University of Moldova, the collaboration with which has been fruitful and has registered beautiful results.
Among the activities planned within the UTM-USV partnership is the roundtable titled “Sustainable development through the prism of Circular Economy”, organized at the USV Faculty of Economics, Administration and Business (FEEA), with representatives of the UTM Faculty of Economic Engineering and Business (FIEB). This topic is important as a scientific endeavor for both institutions at national level, but also at international level.
The subject of Circular Economy is addressed within research projects, such as the national scientific research project “Development of the mechanism for the formation of circular economy in the Republic of Moldova”. Thus, the participants gained a valuable exchange of opinions regarding the research results, while identifying the challenges, issues and similarities specific to the implementation of the Circular Economy model.
The FIEB and FEEA faculty administration conducted further discussions concerning the bilateral collaboration, the coordination of certain actions, the clarification of current issues, and the examination of new collaboration opportunities for the future.
