On November 16, 2022, the first-year Master’s students of the “Business Administration” program within the UTM Faculty of Economic Engineering and Business, together with Assoc. Prof., Dr. Neli Muntean, paid a visit to the office of MOORE Assurance & Advisory in Romania and the Republic of Moldova.
Moore Assurance & Advisory is an independent member firm of the Moore Global international network – one of the world’s leading companies providing accounting, auditing and management consulting services. The company is flexible and open to offer well-defined training programs to young specialists who want to combine work and studies.
This visit acted as a consultative and applied means of amplifying theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of economic-financial analysis via a framework which accommodates the exchange of opinions between Master’s students and specialists in the sector, as well as the accumulation of experience in audit.
The Master’s students declared themselves delighted to be able to discuss with company representatives and listen to their personal and professional experience.
During the visit, Mrs. Elena PANAINTE, FCCA, Certified Auditor AG and AIF, along with other team members, carried out a Q&A session for the Master’s students and encouraged them to pursue an auditing career, if they are truly interested in such a field.
According to Assoc. Prof., Dr. Neli MUNTEAN, the organization of such visits has a positive impact on the manifestation of young people’s professionalism and creativity, thus greatly influencing the results of their occupational activity in the future.
