The external assessment commission of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Education and Research (ANACEC) started its assessment process at the Technical University of Moldova, in order to complete the external quality assessment for accreditation of Master’s Degree programs within the Faculty of Economic Engineering and Business: Business Administration (90 ECTS), Business Administration (120 ECTS), Real Estate Business Economics (120 ECTS).
The external assessment process at TUM started with an online meeting, attended by the ANACEC coordinator Mihaela BALMUȘ-ANDONE and the members of the ANACEC External Assessment Commission: Lilia COVAȘ (president), Petru TOMIȚĂ, Adriana BUZDUGAN, Lilian BEJAN, Ana-Maria CELAN, Răzvan Liviu NISTOR, as well as the representatives of the TUM management team: Prof., Dr. Viorel BOSTAN, Rector of TUM; Associate Professor, Dr. Serghei ANDRONIC, Vice Rector for Didactic Activity; Prof., Dr. Larisa BUGAIAN, Vice Rector for Financial Affairs and International Relations; Associate Professor, Dr. Stela BALAN, Head of the Academic Management and Quality Assurance Directorate (DMAAC); Associate Professor, Dr. Irina TUTUNARU – Head of the Quality Assurance Department, DMAAC.
The meeting continued with a series of interviews both with the representatives of the management team of the institution and with the coordinators of the three Master’s Degree programs subject to evaluation: Associate Professor, Dr. Rafael CILOCI, Dean of the Faculty of Economic Engineering and Business; Associate Professor, Dr. Rina ȚURCAN, Head of the Economics and Management Department; Associate Professor, Dr. Iuliu ȚURCAN, President of the Quality Management Commission, FIEB; Marcela BOTNARU, Head of the Master programs at FIEB.
Subsequently, the discussions were followed by interviews with the teachers who ensure the study process within the mentioned Master’s Degree programs: Prof., Dr. Maria GHEORGHIȚA, Associate Professor, Dr. Nicolae ȚURCANU, Associate Professor, Dr. Ina BOSTAN, Associate Professor, Dr. Cornelia CRUCERESCU, Associate Professor, Dr. Veaceslav BÂRDAN, Associate Professor, Dr. Ina GUMENIUC, Associate Professor, Dr. Vasile MAMALIGA, Associate Professor, Dr. Alina STRATILA, and Associate Professor, Dr. Nicolae LUCA. Interviews were conducted with students and graduates of the Master’s degree programs as well: students of the academic groups AA-201, AA-192, AA-202, EAI-193, with a total of 14 graduates and 19 students.
Further interviews were carried out with the employers who recruit graduates of the three Master’s Degree programs from FIEB-UTM, including Svetlana BODACI, HR Manager at “Moldcell” SA; Victor PATRAȘ, Head of Department at „Bucuria” SA; Vadim PASNICENCO, Head of Department at “IONET EXIM” SRL; Badiu ANDREI, Administrator of ABP PROJECT; Gherman ANGELA, Head of the National Bank of Moldova; Violeta COJOCARU, Director of “Steaua Reds” SA; Ludmila MELNIC, Manager on the Integrated Management System at “Franzeluța” SA; Ion LESNIC, Development Manager at “GRAMIS” SA; Marian GUZIC, Development Project Manager; Ion ALBU, Deputy Director of “Evals Consulting” SRL; Liliana JITARI, „Imaval” SRL; Ana LEȘAN, „Consulting Group PA” SRL; Igor CEBOTARENCO, Director of “5IQ Invest” SRL.
According to the established program, the visit of the External Assessment Commission of ANACEC will take place between March 23-25, 2021.
