Style, color, attitude – this is how the clothing creations signed by the young designer Mihai JANU can be described. This time, he impresses with sketches of firefighter uniforms.
He initiated this project within the “Artistic design of clothing” class, taught by the lecturer Tatiana BUJOREANU. Mihai had the task of creating an alternative uniform for a field of activity. He chose the uniform for firefighters, inspired by the dedication these people show for their work, but especially by their courage to save the lives of others, while endangering their own.
Already in his fourth year of his studies at the Faculty of Textile and Polygraphy, Mihai was noted in various projects and competitions in the field of clothing design, but also achieved great results in his studies, with an average very close to 10. Parallel to his studies, he’s active in various projects, which, in his opinion, help him to develop himself as a personality and a designer. He is currently working intensively on his Bachelor’s project, while setting the foundation for a successful collaboration for Moldova Design Week 2020.
Good luck, Mihai! Follow your passion and enjoy the beauty as you see it and as you feel it!
