Klaipėda University, Lithuania, invites students, lecturers, researchers, and people of Lithuanian descent living abroad to participate in the Lithuanian Language and Culture Winter Academy 2027, which will take place from 4 January to 2 February 2027 in Klaipėda, Lithuania.
The Winter Academy offers participants the opportunity to study the Lithuanian language, discover Lithuanian culture and traditions, and meet participants from different countries.
Scholarship opportunities
State-funded places are available for eligible applicants. Selected participants may receive a scholarship of EUR 962.
A self-funded option is also available for anyone interested in learning Lithuanian.
Who can apply?
The programme is open to:
- students;
- lecturers;
- researchers from higher education and research institutions;
- people of Lithuanian descent living abroad.
