The Technical University of Moldova and the Q Group (Victiana) officially formalized today a strategic partnership designed to redefine professional training standards in the technological field across the Republic of Moldova. The signing of this five-year Collaboration Agreement, with the possibility of extension, lays the foundation for a modern educational ecosystem in which academic theory is seamlessly integrated with cutting-edge technical expertise.
The document was signed by UTM rector, prof. univ., dr. hab. Viorel Bostan, and Q Group CEO, Vladislav Papanaga, marking the start of a genuine roadmap for excellence. Through this partnership, students will gain access to training aligned directly with the demands of the labor market and with European performance standards.
This initiative will take shape through concrete actions aimed at both immediate and long-term results, relying on a deep integration of industrial expertise into the academic environment. During the signing event, UTM rector prof. univ., dr. hab.
