UTM Organizes Training Session to Strengthen Participation Capacities in Horizon Europe Projects

The Technical University of Moldova has initiated a series of training sessions aimed at boosting institutional capabilities in the field of European research and innovation. The first session, held on April 24, 2024, brought together 30 UTM collaborators eager to develop their skills in this crucial domain, the goal being to strengthen their abilities to participate in project calls under the Horizon Europe program.

The central theme of the session was “Turning Research Problems into Project Ideas.” Dr. Elena Railean, Ph.D., Associate Professor, Director of ICASA, and the thematic coordinator of Pillar I “Excellence in Research” at the Horizon Europe National Office, was the guest of honor. With extensive experience in educational management, Dr. Railean shed light on the project concept through the lens of dynamic anthropocentric changes, providing attendees with valuable knowledge in project management research and guiding them in transforming research problems into viable, competitive project proposals at national, European, and global levels.
