A team of enthusiastic students organized the Student Day at TUM’s dorm no. 1. Because of current restrictions, the event was organized in the courtyard of the dorm, for a pleasant evening outdoors.
Since 1941 until now, every year on November 17, several countries celebrate the International Student Day. On this occasion, during the first half of November, a series of activities dedicated to students are planned at TUM. Thus, from the first days of November, the students living in TUM’s dorm no. 1 enjoyed their evenings outdoors, with music, snacks, fun activities and prizes.
The prizes were offered to the most active students, as well as to the winners of the competitions for the tidiest and most organized rooms in the dorm during the last month.
The celebration would not have been possible without the involvement of the Social and Student Activities Department and the Student Dorms Department. The heads of these subdivisions, Anatol ALEXEI and Elena TERENTII, offered support to the young people this year as well.
The organizers expressed their sincere gratitude to the partners: RedBull, Ambianța Furniture Store, Oliva Restaurant, which offered students branded products, necessary for living in the dorms and spending time outside: a series of bedside tables, the best pizza, soft drinks and… a lot of good energy.
