In November 2019, UTM launched the project Leadership and Management of Higher Education in Moldova, with the acronym MHELM. The project is a national one, funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ program, key action 2, Capacity building in the field of higher education, with a budget of over 800 thousand euros
Nine months after its launch, the first newsletter reviews the activities carried out within the project: the launch meeting, the study visits, the activities within the partner universities, as well as the challenges imposed by the COVID pandemic.
