UTM: education prospects with double diploma

UTM is strengthening its educational offer at Master’s level. In the academic year 2019-2020, the list of dual degree programs is filled in with two new programs: “Product design and development” – in collaboration with “Gh. Asachi” University of Iasi, Romania, and “Information Security” – with West Attica University, Greece.

The UTM’s educational offer for the Master’s degree program with double diploma includes 9 study programs, within which a student can simultaneously obtain two diplomas from universities from partner countries, by simultaneously attending two study programs.

Thus, the graduates of the “Business Administration“, “Informational Technologies“, “Computers and Informational Networks“, “Food Quality and Security” and “Electrical Engineering” will obtain diplomas offered by the Technical University of Moldova and “Stefan cel Mare” University Suceava, Romania; of the programs “Electroenergetics” and “Energy and environment” – diplomas of the Technical University of Moldova and Politehnica University of Bucharest; of the program “Product Design and Development” – diplomas of the Technical University of Moldova and the Technical University “Gh. Asachi” University of Iasi, Romania, and the graduates of the “Information Security” program – diplomas from the Technical University of Moldova and the University of West Attica in Greece.

On the basis of previously concluded agreements on higher education with a double diploma, in the academic year 2018-2019, 69 students from the second year of Master’s studies at UTM were enrolled in the first year at “Ştefan cel Mare” University of Suceava, Romania. The Technical University of Moldova registered 16 students from the “Ştefan cel Mare” University of Suceava, Romania.
