Technical University of Moldova announces the organization of a selection contest of candidates for academic mobility at the University of Jaén, Spain, within the Erasmus+ programme.
University of Jaén offers 2 mobility grants for staff training, for a period of 5 days.
The mobility can take place during one of the following periods:
- 19–23 October 2026
- 14–18 December 2026
Erasmus+ grant: 140 EUR/day, plus a travel contribution according to Erasmus+ funding rules.
Selection of candidates for mobility will be conducted by the Selection Committee within the International Relations Office, UTM, 168 Stefan cel Mare si Sfant blvd., building No. 1, office 202.
The submitted files must contain documents in English only, except for the application form.
THE CANDIDATE’S APPLICATION FILE TO ERASMUS+ STAFF STATUS SHOULD CONTAIN THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS:
- Application addressed to the Rector and confirmed by the Dean of the Faculty (RO version). Download here (documente utile, Cerere de participare la concurs).
- Copy of passport. The passport should be valid for the whole period of mobility.
- Curriculum Vitae written in English (Europass format + photo).
- Proof of employment issued by the Human Resources Department.
- Letter of motivation in English.
CRITERIA FOR SUBMITTING THE APPLICATION FILE TO ERASMUS+ STAFF STATUS:
1. Eligibility criteria:
- to be a staff member employed at the Technical University of Moldova;
- the candidate’s competition file must be correct and complete.
2. Selection criteria:
- to meet the eligibility requirements;
- engagement in cooperation with the Partner University;
- relevance of the mobility to the candidate’s professional and/or teaching-research activity;
- proposed mobility programme;
- English language skills – minimum B2 level.
3. Specific criteria:
- to submit additional documents requested by the Selection Committee, if necessary.
