Students’ Selection Contest for International Credit Mobility within Erasmus+ Programme (Süleyman Demirel University, Turkey)

Technical University of Moldova announces the organization of a selection contest of candidates for academic mobility at the Süleyman Demirel University, Turkey within the Erasmus+ programme.

Süleyman Demirel University offers 1 mobility grant for students for traineeship or short-term doctoral mobility, with the following durations:

  • Traineeship mobility: minimum 2 months – maximum 5 month or Short-term doctoral mobility: minimum 5 days – maximum 30 days

The mobility will take place during the Spring Semester of the 2025–2026 academic year, with the latest possible end date 31 July 2026.

The amount of scholarship is 800 €/month for traineeship mobility.

For short-term doctoral mobility, the grant is:

  • 79 €/day for 5–14 days
  • 56 €/day for 15–30 days

Additionally, a one-time travel grant will be reimbursed, calculated according to the distance between institutions, in line with Erasmus+ rules.

!!! APPLICATION – All applications for students from partner institutions will be submitted online, according to the selection calendar, via the official application LINK.

Important notes:

  1. For the application, please use a Gmail account. If you do not have one, please create it in advance.
  2. All documents must be submitted in English or Turkish.
  3. During the application process, candidates must upload the required documents, including:
    • Transcript of Records
    • Student ID Card
    • Language Certificate
    • Passport or National ID
    • Photo
    • Other supporting documents (if applicable)
  4. Graduate students (Bachelor’s, Master’s and Doctoral levels) may benefit only from traineeship mobility within one year after graduation. Applications must be submitted before the graduation date.

CALENDAR:

  • Application period: 02 February 2026 (10:00, Turkish Time Zone)16 February 2026 (17:00, Turkish Time Zone)

  • Evaluation and confirmation of the student selection list (Draft Version) by the Selection Committee: 09 March 2026

  • Announcement of the draft selection results: 09 March 2026

  • Submission of objections to selection results / withdrawal from the shortlist: 10 March 2026 – 12 March 2026

  • Evaluation and confirmation of the student selection list (Final Version) by the Selection Committee: 13 March 2026

  • Announcement of the final selection results: 13 March 2026

 SELECTION CRITERIA FOR STUDENT

  • 50% – GPA
    (Bachelor level: minimum 20; Graduate level: minimum 2.50)
  • 50% – Language level 

Additional criteria:

  • Prior utilization of the Erasmus+ Programme: –10 points
  • Selected students who did not submit a waiver notification within the period specified in the calendar in their previous applications: –5 points
  • Students with disabilities (provided that this is documented): +10 points
  • Citizenship of the Republic of Türkiye: –5 points
  • Documented activities aimed at developing digital skills in training activities: +5 points
