In this context, a recent visit to the UTM Faculty of Economic Engineering and Business (FIEB) by maib’s Human Resources representatives, Maria JOMIRU and Suzana ROBU, had left a significant impact on the students. During their trip, they shared details about maib’s internship program and employment possibilities, sparking considerable interest among participants, who eagerly asked questions and shared their opinions. Such meetings open up career opportunities for students and help maib identify the most talented and motivated young professionals.

Dean of FIEB, Associate Professor Rafael Ciloci, PhD, highlighted that the partnership with maib has shown a strong commitment to cooperation, built on a win-win strategy. He noted that maib’s active participation in training future financial-banking specialists is clear through the internship positions they provide, along with access to crucial materials for practical programs and assistance with bachelor’s and master’s theses. These ongoing efforts play a significant role in ensuring that TUM graduates successfully transition into their professional careers.

FIEB-TUM expresses its gratitude for this forward-looking collaboration, which brings valuable benefits and positive changes to the educational system, strengthening the ties between academia and the business environment for the benefit of students and the wider community.
