UTM students are invited to participate with project proposals regarding university processes and activities in the following areas: communication, teaching processes, dorms, cafeterias, library resources, and spatial arrangements. The implementation period for the selected projects is scheduled from May to December 2024.
The contest is open to student organizations operating within the UTM community or teams consisting of a minimum of three students enrolled in any of the academic levels: bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral programs.
Participation involves the submission of a project proposal form (refer to Annex 1 of the participation regulations). Subsequently, successful entrants proceed to the project implementation phase, scheduled from May to December 2024. Reporting on project activities is conducted upon project completion, as outlined in Annexes 2 and 3 of the participation regulations.
The application deadline is March 31, 2024.
