One of the key concerns of the Technical University of Moldova is the students’ preparation, and the efforts, in this regard, are not reduced to lectures, seminars and laboratories. Beyond the thorough training specific to a chosen specialization, a particular emphasis is placed precisely on the purpose of this training – employment in the selected field. The palette of actions in this context includes meetings with well-known specialists, trips to companies and enterprises, as well as internships. Nevertheless, the first step towards a goal is how you present yourself at a job interview.
In order to master the art of making a successful first impression at the meeting with the employer, the UTM Center for Counseling and Career Guidance (CCOC) organizes a series of training seminars on the topic of “Personal Marketing”, in which, under the auspices of well-known specialists from various fields, the future graduates of UTM will learn to prepare the necessary texts for successfully passing the employment competition: letters of motivation, letters of intent, Curriculum Vitae, etc.
The seminars will take place on Tuesdays, November 8, 15, 22, at 3 PM, in the 5-1 hall of the Faculty of Food Technology (9/9 Studentilor str., study building no. 5). The invited speakers are:
- Alina MALBAS-ROTARU, Country HR and Recruitment Manager at TECHNOSOFT, who comes with a descriptive portrait of the “Ideal candidate – the ideal employee” correlation, focusing on the following aspects: preparation for the interview and, implicitly, the elaboration of the CV and motivation letter; the external appearance of the candidate – clothing, recommended behavior during an interview; a general characterization of the prospects and potential of the labor market in the Republic of Moldova;
