The team from the Technical University of Moldova once again proved that excellence extends beyond academics to outstanding sports achievements. The UTM team secured an impressive second place in the final ranking of the Futsal Tournament at the 2025 Republican Universiade, which took place from March 10-14, 2025, at the USM-IEFS Sports Complex.
In a fierce competition for the podium, our athletes showcased fair play and teamwork, managing to overcome strong opponents and advance to the final. The matches were intense and filled with excitement, with every player demonstrating skill, endurance, and a strong determination to bring victory to the university. In the final rankings of the Republican Universiade 2025 Futsal Tournament, UTM outperformed teams from AMAI, USMF, and ASEM.
