Between March 10-14, 2025, a delegation from the Technical University of Moldova is conducting a working visit to the Petroleum-Gas University of Ploiești. Organized under the Erasmus+ Program, the visit aims to strengthen academic ties between the two institutions, fostering the exchange of experience in education and research.
The delegation from the Technical University of Moldova, led by Rector Dr. hab., Prof. Viorel BOSTAN, includes professors, researchers, and university administrators from various fields: Dr. Daniela POJAR, Vice-Rector for Finance and International Relations; Assoc. Prof. Ion JARDAN, Head of the Mathematics Department, Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning; Assoc. Prof. Irina TUTUNARU, Head of the Academic Management and Quality Assurance Department; Assoc. Prof. Vera GUȚUL, Head of the Department of Heat, Water, Gas Supply and Environmental Protection, Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning; Diana MUNTEANU, Head of the Studies Service, Academic Management and Quality Assurance; Mariana HAIDUCOVA, Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning; Corina MARDARI, Head of the Legal Department; and Assoc. Prof. Eugeniu BRAGUȚA, Interim Dean of the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning.
Together with partners from UPG Ploiești, UTM representatives are exploring various collaboration opportunities, laying the groundwork for joint initiatives in education and research. Discussions focus on developing academic projects and facilitating exchange programs for both professors and students.
As part of the visit, meetings at different faculties of UPG Ploiești are being held, providing a valuable opportunity to identify shared areas of interest and establish new initiatives aimed at advancing both institutions through international cooperation and innovation.
The visit of the UTM delegation to the Petroleum-Gas University of Ploiești marks a significant step in strengthening academic partnerships and fostering the exchange of knowledge between the two institutions.
