The professors from the UTM Faculty of Agricultural, Forestry, and Environmental Sciences received high-performance laptops, as part of the “ICT Tools in Teaching Activities at UTM” project, initiated by UTM Rector, Prof. Dr. habil. Viorel Bostan.
The main goal of the “ICT Tools in Teaching Activities at UTM” project is to integrate information and communication technology into the educational process. Over the years, the project has made significant progress, contributing to the modernization of educational infrastructure and the improvement of teaching quality.

Rector Viorel Bostan has been and continues to be a driving force behind this ambitious project, with a clear vision of the importance of digitalization in education.
With these devices, professors will have access to the latest educational resources, enabling them to implement innovative teaching methods and better prepare for the challenges of a constantly evolving educational system. Rector Bostan emphasized the necessity of continuing the digitalization process, stating that investing in technology is essentially an investment in the future of education.
Alongside Rector Viorel Bostan, Vice-Rector for Digitalization Dinu Țurcanu and First Vice-Rector Vladislav Reșitca also attended the ceremony. Mr. Țurcanu, a fervent promoter of digitalization, continues to advocate for the integration of modern technologies in education. Through his efforts, he has significantly contributed to the digital transformation of UTM, promoting the use of digital resources to enhance both the teaching process and the learning experience of students.
The Technical University of Moldova remains dedicated to its goal of becoming a top higher education institution by integrating technology and continuously supporting its teaching staff.
