On November 14, PRIAevents, in collaboration with FinComBank, organized the Gala of Excellence in Education in the Republic of Moldova at Toro Center in Chișinău. This special event celebrated values and excellence in local education. The Technical University of Moldova and Dr. Dinu ȚURCANU, the Vice-Rector for Digitalization at UTM, were honored with Diplomas of Excellence at PRIA Education Awards.
Appreciative of the distinguished recognition conferred upon the Technical University of Moldova as an institution and himself as Vice-Rector at UTM, Mr. Țurcanu declared:

It is an important recognition, granted at a unique event designed to celebrate outstanding achievements in the field of education in the Republic of Moldova. The main purpose of the Gala was to identify and appreciate individuals, institutions, projects, and associations that play a significant role in shaping the education system in the Republic of Moldova. It was a unique opportunity to appreciate the efforts and remarkable contributions of those involved in the development and promotion of education in the country.
The event featured several discussions on essential topics in education, addressing issues related to the strategy of the Ministry of Education and Research for advancing Moldova’s education system, government initiatives, the role of educational institutions, the involvement of civil society and businesses, as well as the national strategy for financial education.
The discussions covered curriculum development, research, research management, educational policies and leadership, training and internship programs, along with educational challenges in Moldova as compared to international standards.
The event culminated with an impressive ceremony, aimed at acknowledging and appreciating the most notable contributors to education in the Republic of Moldova. These awards not only recognize and celebrate remarkable achievements in the field of education, but also transform the winners into true ambassadors of Moldovan education, thereby participating in the building of a more educated and prosperous society.
