It is a nostalgic and inspiring experience to return to your roots, to remind yourself about your beginnings, to show the young generation your starting point and the journey you went through to become the person you are today.
Such is the case for Mrs. Dorina FULGER, Bachelor (2010) and Master (2012) graduate of the “Technologies Alimentaires” Francophone Branch within the Faculty of Food Technology of the Technical University of Moldova. Today, Mrs. Dorina is a teacher of specialized courses at the College of Administrative and Fiscal Studies CSAF in Chișinău, but also a superior inspector within the Department of Safety and Quality of Products of non-animal origin within the National Agency for Food Safety – ANSA.
Mrs. Dorina returned to Alma Mater and brought her students from the “Safety of agri-food products” specialty to visit the faculty. The teacher was thrilled about the major changes and recently renovated study spaces, corridors, auditoriums, and laboratories, however, as noted by her, the building still harbors the same homely ambience she felt when she was a student, with the same smells of freshly baked bread and various culinary goodies, characteristic to the faculty. Mrs. Dorina was delighted to see her professors and receive a warm welcome from univ. prof., Dr. Aurica CHIRSANOVA, head of the Food and Nutrition Department. The students had the opportunity to visit the auditoriums and to find out more about the curriculum, strengths and perspectives of the faculty.
