The Tekwill Academy within TEKWILL organized a new project intended for IT students within the Technical University of Moldova. The aim is to provide support in preparing students for employment in the field of ICT, after graduation.
The “Ready. Steady. Job.” will take place on December 14, 2021, at 4PM, online, on ZOOM. The participants will be guided throughout the whole hiring process at local IT companies, starting with the preparation of a CV and finishing with the completion of the probationary period within the company.
Thus, we invite the students in their final year within ICT programs of TUM to participate in this event, entirely free of charge, and to benefit from assistance in the elaboration of CVs, as well as from useful and less accessible information regarding the steps to be taken within the employment process at an IT company.
Students will have the opportunity to complete their CVs according to the rigors revealed during the event, send them to an HR specialist within an IT company, and get personalized feedback on it.
