The several initiatives and ideas implemented under the Collaboration Agreement between TUM and Căușeni City Hall have been discussed during an online meeting involving the Center of Career Information and Guidance within TUM, the deans of the faculties of TUM, and the representatives of the Căușeni City Hall. The Collaboration Agreement was signed in May 2020.
The central matters discussed included the topics for the Bachelor’s theses, selected according to the needs and proposals of the local administration of Căușeni, the opportunity to organize internships for TUM students at enterprises in the district, the arrangement of career guidance and counseling for high school graduates, in relation to the study programs within TUM, advisory assistance and promotion of the engineering field among students. Additionally, the collaboration presents opportunities of effective contribution to the development of the district by allowing the local authorities to participate in technology transfer projects proposed by local and international TUM partners, and in some instances, the opportunity to team up with TUM in these projects.
The representatives of CEGHID – director Radu MELNIC, and deputy director Natalia ȘESTENCO, together with the representative of the Căușeni City Hall Igor PETRACOV have emphasized the importance of the TUM – Căușeni City Hall partnership for the long term cooperation between the two institutions.
