New aspects regarding the collaboration between the Faculty of Textiles and Polygraphy and the Employers’ Association of Light Industry have been addressed on March 12, 2021, during a meeting between the newly elected Dean of FTP, Associate Professor, Dr. Sergiu TRONCIU, joined by the Head of the Department of Design and Printing Technology, Associate Professor, Dr. Marcela IROVAN, and the President of APIUS, Silvia LAZU.
The central topics of discussion were the elaboration of the curriculum for the study programs provided by the faculty, the implementation of modern technologies in the branch, the initiation of joint activities, including training sessions, to increase visibility and quality of preparation of future specialists trained at FTP-UTM.
The Dean of FTP, Sergiu TRONCIU, expressed his gratitude for the openness and continuous support granted by the President of APIUS, Silvia LAZU, emphasizing the substantial contribution of APIUS, as a strategic partner for the development of FTP, in capitalizing the didactic and academic potential of the Faculty of Textiles and Polygraphy of the Technical University of Moldova.
