Coffee served at the bar in the new cafeteria – a new way to enjoy the break for college students on the Botanica University campus. As of today, the students and teachers of the faculties of Economic Engineering and Business, Architecture and Urban Planning, as well as Constructions, Geodesy and Cadastre have two new, elegant and modern confectioneries, whose inauguration has attracted a lot of curious eyes.

The interest aroused by the opening of these extraordinary spaces was more than just curiosity. As UTM’s Rector, Viorel Bostan, present at the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony, had mentioned – the particularly elegant design of the two cafeterias was elaborated by the former teacher of architecture and current doctoral student in Romania – Sorina Nicoleta Grati. In other words, the interest of the FUA was also strictly justified by professional motives, including the interest of the many guests present, representatives of the Technical Directorates, Resource Management, but also of their various subdivisions, directly involved in the construction, financing, planning and supplying with all the necessities of these spaces, which came to share the joy of fulfilling a beautiful project with the teachers and students who will benefit from these blocks of studies.

During the celebration of the opening of the two cafeterias, Carolina Grosu made her professional debut as the new head of UTM’s Didactic-Methodical and Production Center, already known as the head of all UTM canteens. Since June 2019, she managed the construction of these spaces, and today, we congratulate her on the occasion of the extraordinary debut.
