Students of the “Ștefan cel Mare” High School – visiting UTM

Today, over 60 students from the “Ștefan cel Mare” High School in Chișinău had the joy of taking a tour of the Râșcani campus of the Technical University of Moldova.

Accompanied by professors Tatiana Pribega, Angela Rusu and Alexei Mihalache, as well as the CEGHID team represented by director Radu Melnic, deputy director Natalia Șestenco and Elena Russu, the high school students visited the UTM Planetarium, several classrooms and laboratories within the faculties: Food Technology; Mechanical Engineering and Transport; Computers, Informatics and Microelectronics, being guided by UTM professors Vitalie Chistol, Irina Cojuhari, Iurie Subotin, Vasile Plămădeală, Valeriu Podborschi and Mihai Potlog.

The students were deeply impressed by the opportunities offered by UTM in terms of studies, research, but also by the motivating atmosphere that inspires them to go for their dreams in their chosen field of studies.
