eTwinning professional development Seminar, Bucharest, Romania

On October 11-13, 2019, in Bucharest, Romania, will be held the Seminar “Developing Skills through Students Involvement in eTwinning Projects”.

The seminar is addressed to teachers of different disciplines in the Republic of Moldova, with little eTwinning experience.

Teachers who meet the eligibility criteria and are interested in participating, are invited to complete the application form by September 09, 2019, 12:00

Eligibility criteria

Eligible candidates must:

  • be a beginner eTwinning member;
  • have a good English communication level, the language of the event;
  • have little experience in implementing eTwinning projects (participation in 0-5 eTwinning projects until the call launch date);
  • show interest in supporting and promoting the eTwinning Plus Moldova program and the European school partnerships;
  • not to have benefited from other eTwinning funding in the last 3 years (participation in European events).

Due to the specificity of the eTwinning action, it is recommended that participants have the skills to use information and communication technology (ICT) to establish educational partnerships and successfully conduct online school projects.

The selection of participants will be made according to the order of the reception of the forms, respecting the mentioned eligibility criteria. Also, the number of participants from the same institution will be limited.

Deadline for reception of application forms: September 09, 2019, 12:00.

The results of the selection will be announced through the national eTwinning website – www.e-twinning.utm.md [1]

The selected teachers will be contacted at the email address and telephone number specified in the application form, to provide detailed information regarding the event schedule.

The costs of participating in the event, including round trip travel, are covered by the National eTwinning Office Moldova -Technical University of Moldova from the sources granted for the eTwinning program by the European Committee and the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research of the Republic of Moldova.
