On July 2nd, 2019, at the “Ştefan cel Mare” University of Suceava, Romania, at the Faculty of Food Engineering, took place the dissertation exam for the students of the Faculty of Food Technology, “Food Quality and Safety” study program.

This opportunity was made possible by the Agreement signed between the Technical University of Moldova and the “Ştefan cel Mare” University of Suceava (USV), Romania, within the framework of the project of Master’s degree programs with a double diploma: “Food Quality and Safety” (offered by UTM) and “Food Control and Expertise” (provided by USV).

In the Master’s degree program “Food Control and Expertise” there were presented 7 theses by the Master students: Vasile COZMA, Maria OGLINDA, Alina MOISA, Irina CUMURCIUC, Angela ŢURCANU, Maria DICA and Lidia BALTAGA.

The topics of the dissertations covered various aspects regarding food quality control, food quality and harmlessness, modern technologies for the production of harmless and safe products for the life and health of the consumer.

All the theses presented by the UTM Master’s students have been highly appreciated by the Committee and assessed with grades 9 and 10.
