Today, on the 3rd of June, the rector of the Technical University of Moldova, Viorel Bostan, and the vice-rector of TUM, Dinu Țurcanu, met the representatives of the Polytechnic University of Bucharest (UPB) administration: rector Mihnea Costoiu and vice-rector George Darie.
The main topics discussed during the meeting were the collaboration between the two universities regarding the subject of higher education in the technical field, the extension of the partnership which was already settled in the double-diploma agreement, scientific research, and other aspects with respect to the training of engineers and their compliance with the requirements of the job market.
It is an important first step in a long-lasting collaboration with our strategic partners – UPB, double-diploma agreements, fruitful meetings with the rector of the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, Mr. Mihnea Costoiu, as well as other distinguished members of the university staff. Many topics discussed today will be implemented within the framework of the partnership, said the rector of TUM, professor, dr. hab. Viorel Bostan.
