Technical University of Moldova announces the organization of a selection contest of candidates for academic mobility at the Kütahya Dumlupınar University, Turkey, within the Erasmus+ programme.
Kütahya Dumlupınar University, Turkey offers 1 mobility grant of 5 days for staff for training.
The candidates’ applications may be submitted in the period 19 – 27 Ianuary 2023.
Daily grant for Turkey is 140 euros, additionally an amount of return ticket will be reimbursed (275 €). Daily grant will not be paid for the days not including any activity related to the mobility.
Both individual support and travel grant will be paid after the participant has arrived at Kütahya/ Turkey.

- Only the staff working directly in contract with the HEI can apply.
Evaluation Criteria
- Completing the application and bringing all the needed documents to the International Relations Office on time: +50 Points
- Participation for the first time is prioritised. (+10 pts.)
- Minus points for the staff benefited from Erasmus+ teaching or training mobility with or without grant. (-10)
- Foreign language proficiency is prioritised. (B1-B2: +5 pts. C1-C2: +10pts.)
- Administrative staff is prioritised in staff training mobility. (+5 pts)
- Departments participating for the first time should be prioritised. (+5 pts)

Selection of candidates for mobility will be conducted by the Selection Committee at the following address: within the Erasmus+ University Center, TUM, 168 Stefan cel Mare si Sfant blvd., building No. 1, room 203).
The submitted files will contain documents in English only.
The candidate’s application to ERASMUS+ Staff Status should contain the following documents:
- Application addressed to the Dean of the Faculty (it can be requested from the international relations officer of the faculty).
- Photocopy of passport. Passport should be valid for the whole period of mobility.
- English language certificate.
- Curriculum vitae written in English (Europass form + photo).
