Technical University of Moldova announces the opening of the application for academic exchange for staff with Çankırı Karatekin University, Turkey within the scope of Erasmus+ mobility exchange program for the 2022-2023 academic year until 24 June 2023.
Çankırı Karatekin University offers 4 mobility grants of 5 days for staff for teaching and 3 mobility grants of 5 days for staff for training.
The candidates’ applications may be submitted to the Faculty Erasmus+ Coordinator in the period: 19 – 27 Ianuary 2023.
Selection of candidates for mobility will be conducted by the Selection Committee at the following address: Erasmus+ University Centre, TUM, 168 Stefan cel Mare si Sfant blvd., building No. 1, room 203).
The submitted files will contain documents in English only.
The final results of the selection of candidates will be announced by the CANKIRI KARATEKIN UNIVERSITY, Turkey.

The deadline for applications is November, 24 2022.
The candidate’s application to ERASMUS+ Staff Status should contain the following documents:
- Application addressed to the Rector and confirmed by the Dean of the Faculty (it can be requested from the international relations officer of the faculty).
- Copy of passport. Passport should be valid for the whole period of mobility.
- Employment Certificateissued by the Department of Resource Management, TUM.
- Letter of motivation addressed to the Selection Committee, stating the main reasons for the choice of mobility, the candidate’s training objectives and planned activities for mobility, the expected results (1-2 pages).
- Curriculum vitae written in English (Europass form + photo).
- English language certificate

Criteria for submitting the application file to the ERASMUS+ Staff Status:

- EVALUATION FOR ERASMUS+ KA107 STAFF TEACHING MOBILITY
For the evaluation of Erasmus Staff Teaching Mobility, the following conditions are prioritized. The applicants will be awarded points and the actual and substitute Erasmus participants will be selected based on the superiority of their scores.
- Number of participation. 40 points for first time beneficiaries of Erasmus KA107 Program; 20 points for second time beneficiaries, 10 points for third time beneficiaries, 5 points for fourth time beneficiaries; and no points for the fifth time or above beneficiaries will be given.
- Foreign language. 25% of the Foreign Language Exam Score is taken in the calculation (TOEFL or IELTS scores or any valid foreign language exams in your university; the calculation is done based on 100 full points. Please check this page for the official equivalents of the TOEFL and IELT scores: https://dokuman.osym.gov.tr/pdfdokuman/2016/GENEL/EsdegerlikTablosu25022016.pdf). No points will be given to the ones who do not submit their official foreign language exam result. Having at least 55 points is the prerequisite for the application.
The content of the Teaching Agreement is expected to be authentic and relevant with the area of specialization. The department of the applicants and of the university they will be going to should have similar qualifications. The Teaching Agreement must be uploaded to the system; otherwise, the application will not be taken into consideration. The teaching agreement must be filled in English and its upload to the system is the prerequisite for the evaluation. Other scores of those who do not get a minimum of 5 points from the teaching agreement will not be taken into account.
The commission evaluates the scientific appropriateness of the mobility in its framework;
however, it is not possible to make a detailed academic/scientific evaluation which requires specialization. The commission evaluates all the mobility applications by handling it as a whole; and considering different criteria such as the internationalization strategy of the national agency and our university, its potential benefit to the international identity and improvement of our university, and the vision of the applicability of the teaching/training agreements.
Note: Getting a minimum of 50 points in total is a prerequisite to benefit from the mobility.
