Our renowned professor Oleg LUPAN, scientist in solid-state physics, microelectronics and nanotechnologies, head of the Department of Microelectronics and Biomedical Engineering at the Faculty of Computers, Informatics and Microelectronics, received, on October 2nd, 2020, during a celebration organized at the National Agency of Quality Assurance in Education and Research (ANACEC), the certificate of habilitation with and the title of a PhD supervisor.
The certificate confirms the position as a scientific leader for doctoral theses in the following specialties of Applied Physics: 134 01. Physics and technology of materials; 134 03. Physics of nanosystems and nanotechnologies; specialities of Electronic Engineering and Device Construction: 233.01. Nano-microelectronics and optoelectronics; 233.03 Electronic technologies and components; 233. 04. Biomedical equipment and devices.

The decision of the Board of Directors of ANACEC was adopted on July 31, 2020, in accordance with the provisions of the Methodology for approving doctoral supervisors, approved by Government Decision no. 326 of 18.07.2019, based on the recommendations of the senates and scientific councils of the institutions and of the proposals of the Commissions of Experts, validated by the decision of the profile Commission.
